7 Days Easy Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective article or need a size exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange requests may be considered for the following reasons:

• Stitching coming undone
• A visible hole or tear in the fabric
• Embroidery unraveling or a manufacturing defect
• Size exchange, subject to availability

Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery through our official Instagram or WhatsApp. For defective items, clear pictures or videos may be required for verification.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. The tracking ID and courier receipt must be shared with our team after dispatching the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and replacement delivery charges for size exchanges or preference-based exchanges. For verified defective items, shipping arrangements will be confirmed by our team.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

In exceptional cases, if a refund is approved by Zairapret, an 18% deduction will apply to the amount paid. The remaining balance, after the applicable deduction, may be refunded to the customer.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval by our team. Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges are not accepted for:

• Personal preference or a change of mind
• Differences in color appearance due to lighting or screen settings
  
• Minor variations in color, texture, or handcrafted detailing
• Items returned after the 7-day exchange period
• Used, washed, or incomplete items
