Our Eastern wear pieces are handcrafted with intricate detailing and delicate finishes.

No returns are accepted under any circumstances.

Exchange is only possible if the article is found to be defective — such as:

• Stitching coming undone
• A visible hole or rip in the fabric
• Embroidery unraveling

Defects must be reported immediately upon receiving the parcel and dispatched for exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Tracking ID and courier receipt must be shared via Instagram or WhatsApp within the same period.

Customer covers return shipping while Zairapret covers redelivery.

No refund, exchange, or return applies on the basis of personal preference, color, fabric feel, design interpretation, or stitching expectations.

Size Exchange

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Size exchanges must be requested immediately after delivery.

Items are eligible only with tags attached and original packaging returned.

Customers are responsible for return and replacement delivery charges.

Advance Payment

Advance payment is mandatory to confirm and process orders.
